Meet Our Team

Mary was born and raised in Colorado and loves spending time in the mountains whenever possible. She spends much of her free time with her dogs, and in the summer she enjoys gardening. With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Mary has developed a strong, well-rounded understanding of how a dental office operates. Having experience in assisting and multiple areas of the practice, she is able to clearly explain treatments to patients — from procedures to costs — so they feel informed and confident. A self-described social butterfly, Mary thrives in her role by building meaningful relationships with both patients and staff, something that truly means a lot to her.

Susan was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has been living in Colorado for about five years. In her free time, she loves paddle boarding and going camping whenever she gets the chance. Susan has been in the dental field for about five years and is passionate about helping patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits. She finds great satisfaction in advocating for patients by disputing insurance claims and ensuring they receive the coverage they deserve.

Heather graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. She graduated in 2005 from MSCTS’s Dental Hygiene program with honors. After graduation Heather quickly moved from Fargo, ND to the Denver Metro Area. She has been in Denver ever since!

In the summer of 2024 Heather joined the Lafayette Dental Excellence team. Even though she is new to our practice she has proven to have longevity and loves developing relationships with all her patients.

In 2012, Heather became certified to use soft tissue lasers for periodontal therapy. If you have any questions about this laser technology please ask her! She is continuing to pursue the newest techniques for the comfort and care of our patients.

Heather married her husband, Brian, in February of 2011. They have two boys, Jackson (11) and Houston (8), who keep them busy with school and competitive soccer. In their free time they enjoy traveling and running their photography business.

Bri is a Colorado native who loves spending her free time with her kids and attending fun community events. She enjoys a good, memorable concert and loves baking — especially cookies and other yummy treats. Bri has been a dental assistant for 16 years and truly enjoys making people smile while meeting new patients every day. Her passion for dentistry comes from helping others feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Originally from Belarus, Jane has been calling the USA her home for the past seven years. Her heart found solace in the picturesque landscapes of Colorado, where she radiates positivity and warmth wherever she goes. With a passion for dentistry, Jane finds joy in bringing smiles to faces. When she is not brightening up smiles, you can find her hitting the slopes for some skiing, gliding across the ice while skating, dancing to the rhythm of life or cherishing precious moments with her loved ones.
